The italian label Dimitri presented this year at the fashion week Berlin his new Spring / Summer collection 2014.

Isabell de Hillerin SS14 Berlin Fashion Week

We had the pleasure to attend the fashion show of Isabell de Hillerin,

where she presented her new Spring/Summer collection 2014 >relief<.

In our opinions the new collection is very nice and definitely prêt-à-porter.
A mix of elegance, vigor and grace in combination with very calm colours which matches to many occasions.
In my case it is not exactly what I would  wear because obviously it is not my style, but I would love to see people in them.

#PERRET SCHAAD SS14

This year Johanna Perret and Tutia Schaad presented their new Spring / Summer collection 2014 at the Berlin Fashion Week with a wide obsession for the modern and the beautiful.

The collection showed a complete look - at the same time feministic and romantic but also disciplined and free.
The S/S collection 14 reflects a summer spent in the city - simple and easy and full of unexpected colours.

Cassis sorbet / menthol ice cream conjures artificial freshness, while

true yellow and vibrant orange-red provoke the inebriate heat,

the swimming pool blue summons elegance and

asphalt grey sparkles subtly.

In our opinion it is a great collection which shows lots of aesthetic and fashion which can be really worn.

In the words of the designers, all women that love the utile and the chic can wear the new Perret Schaad collection.

SomySo Berlin Fashion Week - behind the scenes

It was a really funny night at the fashionshow of SomySo.

We just wanted to show you howwww funny it was !!

At first we came in and obviously Sascha attracted the attention of photographers because of his conspicuous outfit,so they decided to do a spontaneous shooting. The pictures are really cool and they printed them immediately with one of their huge Epson printers. The photographers were representing new cameras of Hasselblad. In fact we didn't knew that brand but.. wow the pictures were really nice.

#fashionooball Vernissage

We are pretty sure you can remember the interruption at the Dolce & Gabbana show on the 22.06. At tip? All you could see were a nice pair of red sneakers.

The streaker from Dandy Diary introduced in that way the widely spread main principle of streaking in football to the fashionworld. To fresh up you mind here the fashion film #fashionooball by Arturo Martinez-Steele:

The produced movie was presented at an exhibition in the Jordan & Seydoux Galerie in Berlin.
It has been included in a 360 degrees video installation of the london artiste Mattia Bernini and was accompanied by the audioplastic of music avant-gardist Quid Haden including bass and football chants.

In the end a very nice evening with nice people, good music and a good exhibition.

By the way the streaking was not a coincidence. The bloggers from Dandy Diary throw a spanner in the works of the designers Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana because they seated bloggers in sept. 2009 in the front row and used them afterwords for their own marketing aims. Dandy Diary turned the game around and used their show to show the world the connection between fashion and sports.

In a design cooperation between Dandy Diary and the producer of sports article JAKO, a silk scarf has been produced to show the combination of sports and fashion with the inscription "You'll never walk alone"

And sorry that the post came so late... internet in Italy is sooo bad... actually we almost never have a connection... YEAHI

Berlin Fashion Film Festival 2013

This year we had the honor to attend the Fashion Film Festival where Designers can present their shortfilms about the collections.

Our favourite was the shortfilm of Julian Zigerli "Happy Tears" from Regisseur Martin Monk.
Amazing film which you should definitely watch. One of my favourite actors plays in it, Alan Cumming.

Isn't this film awesome and really inspiring don't you think?

And here the most scaring Fashion film I have ever seen! It is from the Designers Moga e Mago and the film from Ralf Schmerberg. OMG it is so spooky and at the same time sooo good! At the Moment in began the whole Cinema was completely quiet and everybody just watched it in a pure silence. Maybe the people were shocked and impressed at the same time.

Julian Zigerli at Berlin Fashion Week

We had the pleasure to see the Show of Julian Zigerli a swiss designer with some awesome prints.

BBB - Bread and Butter 2013 Impressions

We went to one of the best Tradeshows for Denim, Sportswear, Street Fashion, Function Wear und Casual Dressed Up Fashion, the Bread and Butter Berlin.

We had so much fun that we wanted to show you some impressions we had. There were also Whirlpools where you could relax if you wanted to and drink one of the homemade Cocktails.

It is a closed event, but if you ever get the chance to go to the Bread and Butter, take the chance.
Over three days you have all the time you need to see the fashion of different designers for 2014.

Rebekka Ruétz S/S 2014

Rebekka Ruétz presented this year her runway show at the Berlin Fashion week under the title "Splendor Solis - der Glanz der Sonne".

The materials where among others finest silk, high quality faux leather and lots of other creative materials.
The majority of the outfits showed either particularly shining through exiting combinations of materials or is laced with metallic threads. The shades of color range from white to summer nude, yellow and shades of mustard, bordeaux, violet and indigo blue to black diamond. Highlight refined accents such as piping glittering and shimmering black chakra prints on the inside of the clothing round out the color palette.

What do you think about it? The show was amazing and we would love to see it again next year!!
